Service description
MyRepute (“the Service”) is a software tool that helps local business owners draft responses to Google reviews, generate social media captions, and track basic reputation metrics. It is operated by MyRepute, Inc.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to publish misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent review responses, or to violate Google's policies for responding to reviews.
You are responsible for all content published to Google Business Profile using drafts generated by the Service. AI-generated drafts are suggestions only — you retain full editorial control and responsibility for what you post.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Founding member pricing (locked-in discounts for confirmed early signups) is honoured for as long as the subscription remains active.
Intellectual property
The AI-generated reply drafts and caption suggestions produced by the Service are provided for your use. You retain ownership of your business content and any edits you make to generated drafts.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRepute, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
