What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address so we can send you a confirmation and notify you at launch. When you create an account, we collect the information you provide during onboarding (business name, business type, and voice preferences).
We also receive Google Business Profile data (review text, star ratings, reviewer names) through our integration — this data is used only to generate reply drafts and analytics for your account.
Cookies
We use only essential session cookies set by Supabase for authentication. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide the MyRepute service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data with infrastructure providers (Supabase for database and auth, Stripe for billing, Resend for email) only to the extent necessary to operate the service.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page or by emailing hello@getmyrepute.com.
Security
OAuth tokens for Google Business Profile are stored encrypted using Supabase Vault. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure your business data is only accessible to your account.
